Empowered Justice for Women is about exposing inequalities, bullying by large corporations, personal and professional abuse, and furthering the recognition of women in our cultures and societies over time. For centuries, women have been warriors, inventors, pioneers in fields that are flourishing today, creators and scholars. Their recognition and strength is vital. to acknowledge and value.

A word from the founder

Gretchen Hentsch-Cowles, M.S, M.A., has been an advocate for healing from childhood wounds, trauma and PTSD. Additionally, she has been coaching and supporting athletes, executives and individuals to expand their talents, overcome their challenges and reach their goals for over a decade in all settings across countries.

Today, Gretchen sees the need for women to have a voice in the legal system, to be heard and respected, to have the opportunity to prevail where the system fails. Together, women can find empowered justice.

Women have been beacons of strength, innovations, creations, and the foundation of our culture and society for centuries. It is time for women to recognized and valued for what we contributed and continue to offer our communities, professionally and personally.
